I went into IconPackager Menu to Tools and unchecked the Repair Shell Icons. It took care of problems I was having also. AVAST DYMO Label and other window programs are not open and working.

I went into IconPackager Menu to Tools and unchecked the Repair Shell Icons. It took care of problems I was having also. Object Dock is working great now, with the lastest IconPackager installed.
