how do i clean my widget cache. i forgot how lol. you gotta go check or uncheck show hidden files somewher or something. lol i need help.

my animated desktop satellite and radar widget wont display on my desktop. its beem there for 2 weeks and all of a sudden it dissapered. but its runnin in my taskbar. can anyone help me find it lol
