Creating a bootskin??? in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Yes im new been using the program for awhile so i can change bootskins but id really like to make my own... Has anyone made like a tutorial or Write-up of doing this??? Any help is greatly apreciated!! Thanks -Jason-
