Help! in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

When a window blind is finished downloading and I open it says a new skin has been applied. When I go to display properties and apperance to apply it, changes it to I believe the windows classic stlye only. Then when it applies the windows classic I have no top bar ( close, min, or max buttons). It does change the color but is always boxed not the blind I have chose to apply. Any help on how I can use my window blinds would be greatly appreciated.</fon
