Nononono...!! We actually need your name and address in order to flag the software to enable on your computer. Once we have these it should be fixable.
WindowBlinds skins pretty much all components used by Windows, this includes system buttons which browsers make use of. This however does not mean that others also see the changes if that's what's worrying you; it is only a local change. If you want to be rid of these changes you'll need to modify the skin itself but that will also most likely modify buttons throughout the entire system.
