I'm using WB 4.5. I have never had any upgrades. Now when I go to upgrade it tells me I must pay again. What's up with this? I never have seen a program before this that makes you pay for newer versions.

I tried every program relayed to it and that didn't work either. That's not the only program. I use a browser called Enigma and it keeps skinning it too after I've changed it to ignore it.

I have disabled skinning Thunderbird but WindowBlinds still skins it. Any ideas as to why? I have disabled other programs and they are not skinned by WindowBlinds but Thunderbird I can't get disabled. Thanks

Ok, I'm back again! This seems hopeless! Just what am I doing wrong? I go in to package Builder, change the icons and save it with a new name but later they still switch all over. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Icon Packager. nothing seems to work right. There is something...some step I am not seeing here. Maybe you can help me again. Thank you I'd like to make my own package, apply it then leave it. Or maybe change an icon or two then save it.

I am on an Adobe forum also looking for an answer. They say the only place to change a file association is when you install it. But the choice is to associate the gif and jpg files with Photoshop OR Image Ready. No where can you not associate them. Adobe forum says the file association has nothing to do with the icon.

There is no where in Adobe to redo file extensions. So I uninstalled it and did a repair. When it got to file extensions there is no where to disable them or re-direct them.

Thank you for your help. I had previously gone through my icons from package builder and set them to the default. Just now I loaded and applied Windows default icons, repaired icons, loaded and applied another package, repaired icons.....Still the jpg and gif stay with the adobe icon!

Ok, I'm back. This is making me mad. I have uninstalled IconPackager, reinstalled it, downloaded a new package and the jpg and gif icons are still messed up! Grrrrrrrrr

Adobe Photoshop is hogging the icons. I change the jpeg icon but it never changes on the files. When I look where the Adobe Icons are it says, "adobe.exe." Any suggestions on how to change Adobe image file icons? Thanks

For instance: I will load a package then go in and tweak it...changing some of the icons and saving the package as Mine. The icons I change never seem to stay. They will revert back to the packaged ones. Or in another example: I will change an individual icon and it may stay for a few days then revert back to the one from the package. Does any of this make sense? LOL. Thanks for your help.
