Buying the game off somebody else (Key/accounts issues) in Technical Sins Forums

Hi all, Somebody I know wants to sell their game and I was about to buy it off them when I realised that the Serial is associated with an account (that will belong to him). Is there any way around this or another solution, to remove an association and reattach it with another account? Thanks,
