Oh, I would like to be able to do something with non inhabitable planets as well. Mining colonies perhaps? Pirate bases? Sensor arrays? Defensive items? Not sure, but they seem awfully darn useless. I think there should be a role for planets even if they are uninhabitable. Resource harvesting on these worlds, not only from the magical resources that appear in space?

I would pay for a Galciv expansion that let you fight battles in space and on planet surfaces if you want to (kind of like in Medieval Total War, where you can play the game entirely on the strategic map, and only fight at the tactical level if you want to) I think it would be cool to be able to have a flight simulator level combat in the Galciv universe. This might be a seperate game entirely. Also, a role play style game in the Galciv universe would be great (if well done) Som

Can I put in my opinion here? I would like if new anomalies showed up mid game, it would give more reasons to continually explore and patrol, rather than finding everything once, and not going back.

Oh, another thing that bugged me. I think the tech descriptions were skimpy, and there was too much of an effort to make them with "cheesy humor" instead of having a sci-fi-psuedo-tech feeling. I think there can be a better effort to blend of whimsy, with an effort to take the science-fiction 'seriously.' I hope someone will take a hard look at editing these. This was a bit lengthy for me to read the whole thing, so if these are addressed, I apologize...but a couple of comments and suggestion. When I click on an ship to offer a trade in the negotiation window. The game crashes. I would like to be able to rename stars. Where is the "Autolaunch Ships" feature? I have had a lot of unexpected crashes. I am running XP.
