Hmmm I don't seem to have latest wine 9.5.5 in repos? How did you guys install it?
Could you please report back when you have time to try it out some more :) And what about lower case Ys and upper case Vs? Some graphical errors or?
How often does the game crash? Can you get the game to save every couple of turns perhaps somehow?
Do you guys think just straight copy over the SoaSE folder to wine would work? Anyone tried it with latest wine 0.9.55 and 1.2 patch?
Well silly me, I didn't have the slightest there was a campaign :/ (I need to pay that shipping and get the hard manual can't read pdf) Well I guess that explains it... Lack of "action" or things to do I guess. I concetrated on a few techs and neglected most of the others so now I just sit there and press turn button What tech tree gives
So it is good thing to balance research? Go slowly in every branch?

I started new game, at like lowest possible difficulty (not even beginner), small map, with Terran. Started with making a few factories and research labs, markets on my planet and started exploring.
