Greetings Sinners, Devs and my fellow friends of the Vasari Alliance,
first, I would like to let you know, I am really enjoying this game.
I have a question regarding the tech "Reverse Engineered Shields" for the Vasari Alliance. The way it is implemented seems a little bit counter intuitive for me. The Vasari are themed around continous regeneration of their shields, armor and hull and (for me) it feels not right that, when reaching zero shield points and thus triggering the shield burst cooldown, that the shield regeneration stops until the shield burst timer reaches zero.
Is this working as intended? If yes, I would like to make a request in changing it, so that shield points will continue to regenerate as normal, while the shield burst timer is counting down. For balancing reasons, the amount of shield points restored by the shield burst could be reduced.
