Hello all, I have been playing Sins for a long while now and would like to get into modding and such. I thought I would start out with a simple edit to a ship in Rebellion (what I would like to do is to edit the model in Max, than pop it back ingame) however when importing the .mesh file of the ship I would like to edit into max I get a "Multiple Materials Not Yet Supported" error... Is there a way to correct this error so that I can edit this mesh file?
I am using 3ds max 2013 with the mesh import scripts for Rebellion (can be hound here:

Thanks in advance for the help!
Yeah, at least it told you that error up front. I tried to edit a ship with multiple materials yet I didn't realize it didn't work until I put the model back in game.
Basically, as the error says the guy who made that script did not add support for multiple materials. This means you have to re-add the multiple materials yourself otherwise the model won't look right. They tell you how to do this in XSI modeling documentation included with the forge tools, but its a pain if you're only wanting to make small changed to the mode.
I don't know if the source code for that importer can be seen, but ideally someone should edit it so that the different materials get properly added when the model is imported into Max.
