hey im new to modding this game and i must have like the first version of the game, because i dont have a mods button under my options menu can some one please help me?
You need to update your game to the latest version. That also means you don't have any of the expansions, and unfortunately the original Sins is a bit less mod friendly. Virtually everyone here is on the latest expansion Rebellion, or at least Trinity, so a lot of advice you see here may not apply to you.
