I have 3 monitors set up and wondering if it is possible to easily move all the fences from my middle to one of the side monitors ie. be able to move them back and forth easily?

Drag and drop them. But if you mean all at once, I doubt it.
You can drag each fence individually (if 'lock fences' isn't enabled), but there isn't a way to move multiple at once.
