Is ICO down ? (5 am, U.S. EST)

When I try to log on to ICO I receive a "Disconnected from Ironclad Online" message but as far as I know I'm up to date with version 1.12 and Impulse doesn't show any updates.  Is it just me or is ICO down?  The time is now 5:00 am U.S. Eastern Standard Time.
