Fixed the Ancient Gifts map after seeing some frustrations with how sometimes you get the artifact, sometimes you don't. Even if tweaked to 0 exploration on the homeworld, you didn't always get it.

I tweaked it back. Samaz's Ancient Gift
ZIP includes slightly modified GalaxyScenarioDef file, Samaz's Ancient Gift.galaxy, and a README that tells you what to do to put the files in the right places and how to play the map right.
To get the Wormhole Travel Artifact, you must explore your planet because I set the exploration to 0. You'll have to dig a bit to get your goody, but I'm a compassionate creator -you have additional credits, metal, and crystal to explore which if you must explore to level 2 will put you back to the default starting resources.
The AI is a dumb bunny, but will explore their homeworld eventually and get the artifact, so either rip them a new one or explore about until they discover their artifact and then launch their fleet out into the galaxy.
Until Star/Clad fixes the artifact(s) so if your homeworld has it and explore is maxed, you get the working artifact as intended.
BTW, I deleted the end template from the map file and all references to it, nice approach, but annoying in my book.
