Ok, can anyone answer me this...
I know you need to have ships at the planet you want to fire at with the nova cannon.
My question is, can you leave the planet BEFORE the actual shot gets there, or do you have to wait for it to impact first?
You actually don't need any of your ships present there... the planet only has to be explored for the Novalith to be able to target it (that is, not represented with a grey planet image).
