Hello, I also am now having the problem where IP 4 is not recoloring the icons. It was working last night.....but not this morning. The light to dark feature works. I have XP Home with SP2. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, Everything a-ok now. I followed ALMonty's advise. Thank you. ;)
Hi Neil, I have Object Desktop Ultimate. I have IP version 3.99.149 installed. Also showing in SDC is Icon Packager 4 installed version 3.99.149 with an update available on 5/15/08 for version 4.00.163.
Hello, Trying to installed the new IP version 4 thrc SDC. I keep getting this error: error auto archiving IP 4. C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\install\jp4.xml 0 (file not found) Auto Archive failed (13). I have XP Home with SP2. I did refresh my application XML data in SDC. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Hello, I've just opened SDC and downloaded the newest update for my Icon Packager. I just love the idea that you can now recolor your icons. I one question is: can you resize the icons? I was able to do this with my previous version of IP. Now....you can't......or am I missing something and n
I have the same problem. Update keeps going thru a continuous loop using SDC. I do not have Impulse installed....for I have always used SDC for all my updates, etc. I have Windows XP Home with SP 2. I also never experienced this problem before. Anyone have a clue as to what is going on? Thank you.
Same here. Great software program!!!
Hi wulfn1, Thanks for the advise......I'll keep that in mine and try it next time my cursor freezes.
Hi Philly0381, Nope.....no wireless mouse here. I have a Logitech Marble mouse trackball. Had it for years and just love it! Thank you for your suggestion. :)
Hi fontinalis, I did revert back to the default cursor this morning and it DID NOT freeze. I am now using Cursor FX Plus with a different cursor and everything is working fine (no....I am not crazy). ;) Yes, I do have CXP uninstalled. Did that before installing CFX Plus. Thank you everyone for all your help and suggestions. It just could have been one of those weird glitches that happens once in a while. ;)
Hi Zubaz, Nothing. Everything was working fine that night. Turned off the pc.....went to bed.....turn it on in the morning and that's when the cursor froze. Just got home from work a few hours ago and everything is working fine now. This happens every once in a while for me......but after one reboot everything would work fine. This time it took 3 reboots. Just could be the "ghosts" in the machine.....or the dust bunnies!!
Hello, Just recently my cursor has started freezing. I have Windows XP Home with SP2. I have Cursor FX Plus.....Object Dock Plus.....WindowBlinds (paid version) and Object Desktop on my pc. All these programs are up to date thru Stardock Central. My video drivers are up to date also.
I am running Windows XP Home with SP2. I have used Cursor XP (free version) with no problems. I have tried the free version of Cursor FX. I agree with DigitalCHET.......very rarely do I have the problem of the cursor playing hide and seek. I liked Cursor FX so much that I finally purchased Cursor FX Plus. Still on rare occasions the cursor will play hide and seek....both those occasions are few and far in between. Very happy with my Cursor FX Plus. :)
Hello, I have been using Object Dock the free version for a few months and was impressed with it. So over this weekend I purchased Object Dock Plus and have been impressed even further. This is one wonderful program!! It's been fun experminting with all the settings and options. <br
Hello, I also am thinking about purchasing Object Dock Plus. I am now using the free version and love it. So....thank you everyone for your comments. I will be purchasing the plus version this weekend. Seabass.........thank you for your suggestion of uninstalling the free version first. :D
Hi Koasati, Thank you :)
Hello, I am using the free version of ObjectDock. I was thinking about purchasing ObjectDock Plus. Now for my question: Do I need to uninstall the free version first before installing ObjectDock Plus thru SDC? Thank you.
Green.....ahhhhhhh......my favorite color. :CONGRAT:
No problem here. I have CursorFx Plus and it runs great. No conflicts with Icon Packager either. Running Windows XP Home with SP 2. :)
Hi Bebi Bulma, Got you!!! I kind of figured it was something like that. I've been a member since 2003 and just in the past few months I have become active again in the WinCustomize/Stardock community. Sometimes I sure do miss those "good old days". ;) :) Have a good weekend.
Sorry Lantec....I am not following you. ;p
Ha-ha. Yes, I noticed that Bebi Bulma has a space in between her name. Lucky her!! For me....it's an "old age" thing. I like a space. ;)
Hi Bebi Bulma Yes, that worked. Thank you!!! I really wanted a space in between (Flute Player) not FlutePlayer. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me. :)
Hello, I would like to change my "nick name". I went to the WinCustomize home page.....click onto my settings....click onto my Stardock Account and logged in......and then tried to change my nick name. I have used all the correct alpha/numeric characters. I receive this error message: Your nick name contains invalid character
