It would be nice to have a button so that you could minimize (this is usually in the upper right corner) the screen without getting completely out of the game. A lot of my other games have this and I find it very convienent as I sometimes need to put the game on temporary hold while I or my wife do other computer business. Just a thought!

Why isn't the MetaVerse updating? My scores show up (when I click on my ID on the MetaVerse list) but the number of games and the total score is not being updated on the list. :(

I don't know if this is a bug or what, but after I updated to 1.10, most of my games result in my worlds including Sol losing population for the first dozen or so turns. A world that I put a 100 Million colonists on is down to 5 million in just a few turns (3 or 4). And these are all PQ15+ planets! By the time I build 2 or 3 colony ships on Sol, it's population is down to 500 or 600 million and will reach 5 million within a half dozen turns. This even happens when I have the maximum populati

I have reinstalled! It still says "Download Manager: Idle"! I am logged in and my registration is correct, but I can't get to the download page! I just go in a "circle" from Stardock Home to Drengin.net to StarDoc.net to GalCiv Home, etc.! I know it's probably something that I am doing wrong or not doing, but I just can't get to the update page. I don't think I'm stupid, but following the directions doesn't seem to work either. HELP!!!

For the benefit of an ignorant old game player who just wants to play the game and have fun. How about someone giving a link that will take a person to a location where one can download version 1.05, which is what I thought was the subject of this thread? Most everyone here is talking about how great/bad version 1.05 is, but no one is informing us poor peons how to find a place where it can be downloaded. On page 23 under morale, it states that Transports take 1000 million and Combat (or Battle) Transports take 5000. In the games I have played, Transports hold up to 500 million troops and Combat Transports can hold up to 2.5 Billion!!! Just a typo, or a future adjustment? Ken

T-Man, Just a word of thanks for all your hard work on clearing up the game submission problems to the Metaverse. After submitting 9 games (2 lost, 6 you fixed for me, and the one I finally finished and submitted successfully last night!), I have come to the conclusion that either you finally got games to submit correctly or as in the case of the 6 games that you "fixed", there was a human error (mine) in the submission, or both. T-Man, I just submitted ANOTHER game (14 pts) and it still doesn't show up. It was submitted as KLStafford (the way I am registered), I have patch 1.04, and I am not using any mods! How long does it take to show up? So far None of the 8 games I have submitted (2 with patch 1.04) have show up on the Metaverse. And yes, I was also online at the time.

T-Man, I submitted yet another game and it doesn't show up in the Metaverse either (that makes 8)! I submitted as KLStafford (as I am registered), I was online, and I have patch 1.04. I don't know what else to do. If I am doing everything right, then the trouble must be on your end.

T-Man, Thanks, but I have been submitting as KLStafford not KLSTrafford or KLStrafford! I am registered as KLStafford and have submitted as such. It is possible that some went in as KLSTafford but there is not and never has been an r in it, therefore that is not the problem. I will try to submit again and let you know! Ken

I have upgraded to patch 1.04 and STILL can't get a game to show up in the Metaverse!!!!! I have submitted a total of 6 games in the last 2 weeks and NONE of them have shown up, so I am still not listed in the metaverse! How long will it be before this problem is fixed? I have submitted 3 games AFTER I registered, I was online at the time I submitted them and should have a score of 14+26+56=96, but I don't show up at all anywhere in the Metaverse!!! How long will it be before these show up in the Metaverse? What good is it to have a "feature" that you "hype" when it doesn't work? Please fix it ASAP or before! :( (:(
