I'm having an issue with icons not displaying properly in one of my applications. I've already used Icon Packager 10.02 to restore the default icons, but that didn't help. I thought I'd uninstall Icon Packager next, but wanted to make sure this was OK. I seem to remember something about uninstalling IP being a problem in some circumstance. Thanks for your help.

My bank offers instant alerts for pretty much every transaction via email and/or text. This might be a good time for people to check if this option is available on

Something that's not clear is whether or not the free version is going to continue to sync across PCs and smartphones. I'd also like to know which multi-factor authentication options the free version supports; I currently use the LastPass authenticator on my android phone. Doubling the cost for premium is a jump, but on the other hand $24 a year is still a lot less than Dashlane, which is $40.
But when I reconnect to the dock the fences go back to different screens, but not necessarily the correct screen. For example the laptop now shows screen 3's fences and screen 3 shows laptop fences. Night light is great - much better for the eyes late at night.
Agreed, the new control panel for Security/Windows Defender is a big improvement. I'm glad to see them adding the Night Light feature; nice when a feature is included in the OS, but F.lux is more advanced for those who don't mind running another

I updated one of my laptops to 15063.11 as a test drive and didn't have any problems. I don't see how this update is any different than for instance the Anniversary update in terms of issues and risks. It's best if early adopters know what they're doing and those who really don't want hassles to wait, but of course it doesn't seem to work out that way :-)

They've been doing the same thing with any Auslogics product for a while now, claiming that Auslogics has engaged in business practices that MWB disapproves of, and you wouldn't want products from companies that MWB disapproves of, would you? Never mind that Auslogics is a Gold Microsoft Partner and rated 4.5 stars

It took a lot of courage for those early pioneers go into space. Not a lot was known about the effects of space flight on the body. I expect it was a little dangerous riding on top of a giant "roman candle" too. The space program was something the country as a whole took a lot of pride in. It's unfortunate that we don't have something similar today. RIP John Glenn!

Just installed this latest beta. Using the default Windows 10 style along with Start 10 I'm getting the blur, but I can't access WindowBlinds settings. I can open the UI and browse styles, wallpaper, and "About", but if I click Settings the UI hangs and eventually says unresponsive. Oddly I can click "Advanced" and "Per application" under Settings and access those options. I was also able to apply a WindowBlinds skins without a problem.
