I think you'll need more money if you want to have a computer with which you can play the latest games at highest settings. That said, for an RTS I think you should pay for a *good* CPU and lots of memory. Otherwise you'll regret your buy. Avoid it. Also, do not visit porn sites :) Also do not visit sites with annoying interfaces with lots of agree buttons. I got scammed a few euros that way, because I bought too many things that I did not want to buy.

I have a Samsung SSD (about 250 GB) and it works well. It also had software which transferred my operating system to the SSD, without problems. Check the speed on the SSD package. Originally I intended to buy a 120 GB SSD, but I read on the package that a 250 GB version is twice as fast. So I bought the 250 GB instead.

I think it's scary because I think such a thing can become a kind of poison that can be tailored to kill just 1 person, or 1 group of people that share a certain DNA trait. For example, if some evil genetic scientist wants to get rid of all people that share a gene that causes noses to be long and hooked, then such a thing is actually possible nowadays! Maybe it's not easy to administer (yet) but it's a first step towards such a bio-weapon.
