Obvious troll is obvious? You think I didn't use that?
CHANGE THE UI OF THIS GAME It is so frustrating to see ZERO demigods (except Rook) in a bunch of giants bottlenecked infront of my base in Exile. WHAT IS THE POINT? This game has so many serious design flaws that leave the player WITHOUT CONTROL. What is the point of an RTS/RPG type game if you have no control??? You need to be in maximum control to make the best out of your character. I zoom, I change the angle of the camera, I dance the hibby jibby - Nothing helps to see the enemy d
We were all at an avg of 10 while Reg was 16, our opponents couldn't then do anything against him.
I would say that is situational at best. Teamwork > Solo regulus play
For all you regulus type people: Poisoned dagger procs at 13% for ranged attack & 20% proc for melee, according to LUA For furious blade, the proc is 10% ranged and 15% melee. SERVE HOT AND ENJOY In regards to heaven's wrath. Many times have I seen noob regulus players that use it to outfarm their own team, crippling them completely. So please, stop farming your own teammates XP and farm XP where no one is attacking grunts (such as big maps, Leviathan, etc)
Well, I dug in the LUA files. Several interesting facts: WeaponProcChance = 15, WeaponProcChanceRanged = 8, Meaning, the gloves proc for melee at a 15% chance. For ranged weapons they proc only at a 8% chance. The duration is 5 seconds. Edit: Btw, this also seems to be true for poison dagger:
Spore? WTF? MORE CONTENT? YES PLEASE!
I also have all of these bugs. I dont use the mana exploit, though. I also own an ATI 3850 card. Could be something to do with it?

Because armor can extend your "health" very fast if you have high health. They have a good synergy. Don't underestimate the damage from auto attacks/towers/grunts. DPS continues to scale throughout the game so dialling in some armor would be very wise. Lets look at a "pseudo" battle: You get dished 5000 damage. Lets say half of that damage is autoattack/grunts/towers (this includes rook towers). If you have 5000 health with 0 armor, it means you are dead. On the other hand...
You can only choose one favor item per game. Future incentive is a good question which I cannot answer.
You can use demigoddb.com to see the fine tuning between +speed attack and +dmg. But you are correct, ntropy, it is easier to stack health than stack damage/attack speed due to more items having +health. DPS is kind of gimped in a game where both sides stack health. It is easier to pull off skills/potions when you have a lot of health to buffer you up for those critical moments. Factor in priests that heal % of your health and it becomes very hard to kill you via DPS. In this case, fo
I'm using the word 'relative' here. I am and have been talking about your hp as it compares to your opponent's. One hp value is not changing the other's value which you say is the flaw. Of course they are not dependent on each other. What I am doing is expressing one hp value in terms of the other value. We are working in percentage hp advantage here.
Ok, now I see what you are trying to express. This is ok and understood but if you are trying to calculate the HP advant
If you think that spouting out QED makes you right then you are mistaken. My maths background I assure you is fine enough (BSc. in Comp Sci). You are looking at 2 things as if they are dependent but they are NOT. This is the FLAW in your calculations. First thing, you are comparing past to present when at each given time your enemy has X hp and you have Y hp. You should compare each time frame for survivability. I am sorry you think you are all high and mighty and instead you should t
The number "32%" that you keep waving around is wrong. Due simply to the fact that each side has a different health number. If you have one player with 1000hp and another with 2000hp you can see the jump in the difference become more substantial. From 850hp if the lower health character has the flag to 1300hp if the higher health character has the flag. More so, your calculations are still off. This is also due to non constant dps between enemies as well. Even with Erebus' bite. If Er
Shameless bump to get a response from Stardock? [e digicons]:pout:[/e]
Lieu, I have no idea where you are coming up with those numbers. Can you please explain your formula? If you have 1000 hp and the enemy has 1000 hp and you get the +15% health flag then you have 1150hp. This is not 32% bonus relative to the enemy. Same goes with killing grunts. A grunt that gives 10xp will give the player with the XP flag 12xp and his enemy only 10xp. Where did you come up with 44%?
I think there are like 11 different options for pressing the tilde ~. Don't remember :) I will definitely use it more often but there still needs to be a more decent indicator. The health bar is too small.
Capture lock price = 250g Capture lock time = 45sec Gold mine gold/sec = 2.22~ Number of players = P For sake of argument we'll say you are in a 3v3: (45s x 2.22 x 3) - 250g = ~50g You gained a total of 50g (total pool) and deprived your enemies of a total of 300g (total pool), not to forget war rank. Isn't so bad because if you capture a flag then the enemy will either: a ) be stupid and wait the whole 45 seconds to capture it back
I am ok with Red/Green. It is the close colors that I have issues with (blue/purple, orange/brown, etc). The problem about the aura is that it's on the ground. When you are surrounded by grunts you can't see anything. Perhaps an arrow above the Demigod's head?
Hmm.. funny. Shouldn't it be suicided? :) What I think is really stupid is that a UB that gets killed by his ooze in the middle of the battle also counts as a suicide and no gold is given to the killers.
Hi, Yes, I am color blind. It wouldn't be bold to say that Demigod is mostly a game with a male dominated player base. That means that around 7-10% of the players are also color blind. Please, please, please can we have something that will help us, the color blind people, to distinguish between normal grunts and enemy demigods (I'm talking about the smaller model demigods). One time when I was playing, an Erebus was attacking me from behind while being inside a group of grunts. His mo
Why would you care if someone doubles? It limits the strategy of the opposing team so that it can be easily countered. Except double oak, that pwns face :D
No offense to OP, but this has been discussed to death. We all agree that it is a good idea.... A concede button should be available in v1.1 (whenever that arrives).
