DX Weather Sunrise Sunset in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I was wondering if anyone knows how I can get the sunrise and sunset times for my five day forecast so that I can see what the sunrise and sunset will be for each day not just for today any ideas??

Does anyone know how to make the time appear regular instead of army time it says 17:22 instead of 5:22 any info would be appreciated. Thanks

I would like to know what program creates .tga files i notice all the new skins are haveing them and was wondering how to edit them or create my own??? any info would be helpful thanks
