I usually do both... drag first then do small movements with the numerical offsets to place them accurately. Never really had a problem.

If water is clear, why is snow white? I believe that happens because the ice crystals reflect the light that falls on them off each other and since the combined spectrum equals white light then the ice looks white. Maybe someone can explain it better...
