GalCiv2 ForumsI noticed something interesting when I was playing the other day. I had no starbases in another territory, so I voted for a huge starbase tax in the united planets. It passed. Low and behold, I was being charged for my own starbases in my expenses. Starbases that were controlled in my territory (I even clicked the ownership button on the minimap to be sure.)
