OK...here's the scoop with the reserve thing. Effective 18 May HRC will involuntarily transfer all those soldiers who have not completed their 8 year MSO from the IRR to a reserve unit (or Troop Program Units are what they are being referred as) to bring up the reserve strength to 100%, which equates to 23, 000 soldiers. Yes, Mr. Greywar, perhaps you should try "parade pretty" as well. As you pointed out (so many times), it worked for me very well. Now, I would still like to think that I was promoted because of promising leadership potential, and not just promising personality "traits"....and I never stood at parade pretty batting my eyelashes like you said I did.
