My daughter was playing and saved her game ... overwriting a game I had been playing for about 8 hours! Only 1 save game slot? Hopefully more for release yes?

The multiple save games will be in AFAIK. Don't worry, it has been stated. We can even hope for this feature to be in the next build ? Pleaaaaaase ?

There should be at least one more build after the full save game code is introduced so that fixes for any errors in the first try can be tested before release date. Too much rests on game save/restore success to put it off much later.
