How Galciv was publish?

This has been bothering me for some time. If galciv was in a flyer for MOO3, that game was made by Infogrames(which is now Atari) so how did Startegy first publish this if it was in an adversetisment from Atari? ( Incase I messed up and MOO3 was made by Strategy First, sorry for that)

I know, it is a bit confusing looking at the GalCiv box. :) Some one will correct me if I am wrong, but I will take a stab at it based on my GalCiv box:

Stardock: Developed it (distributes and supports it electronically).
Strategy First: Published the boxed version (burned CDs, packaged, printed manual, etc...).
Infogrammes (now Atari): Distributed the boxed version (distribution to retailers).

I might have mixed up SF and Atari, but it looks right. Beyond that, I think there is a thread about this someplace on the site. Do a search, you'll find it in here somewhere.
