tech tree?

is there a tech tree availible for all three alignments?

The different alignments don't have different tech trees, really. There are a handful of techs that have alignment requirements (be they good or evil) but that's about it. You can see the full tech tree with all good and evil techs at Javascout's site ( http://webpages.charter.net/trevorpowdrell/ )

Only one or two, such as Mind Terror Weapons (but that boosts soldiering, not weapons if I'm not mistaken).
