Petition for $20 Expansion pack

I bought Gal Civ from amazon.com but after reading how the developer can get hosed, I will buy an expansion pack from Stardock if they make one.

I'd buy it at a reseller as I also cannot download it directly from stardock. Of course my inability to download it directly from stardock is entirely dependant on the size. I plan on downloading the free expansion pack and if the pay expansion was of comparable size I would be able to download it as well.

Well I would pay for it if I had to. But Frogboy said would be part of Drengin.net and my subscription to that will still be going in December so I'll be getting it.

I'd happily pay for it and buy it direct, but I wouldn't have to since I already purchased Drengin.net :)

Edit: If you are serious about helping Stardock with direct funding, why not purchase drengin.net now?

Direct, but that's semi-irrelevant since I have Drengin.net. I wish there was more support from people to drop a little more cash on this game as the "Expanded Universe" wound up being not-so-expanded. I'm guessing the budget for this game is mostly shot. Not only did earlier promised feature (linked events) never make their way, even things mentioned in beta read-mes never materialized (the Deathknight's good counterpart as an example).

On the one hand, not that big a deal as I got my money's worth a long time ago and I'm not playing very much anymore. On the other, most expansions actually shake things up enough to get you excited again and this just ain't going to do it.

I'll buy it direct, most likely by subscribing to Drengin.net when the premium expansion pack becomes available, assuming it can be gotten that way.
