Anybody know some good car movies??

Anybody know some good car movies??

Or maybe so movies you would go to in your car back in the day when there was drive-ins?

In the future i really want to open a drive in and show movies. I haven't picked a spot yet but its going to be in NYC.

Well anyway, back to reality of now, what are your favorite car/drive in movies?

Or Teen angst movie with car grabbing scenes? I want to make a report on it
(I into making reports these days)

Here is a couple:
Cannon Ball Run
Eat My Dust
Night Shift
American Graffiti

Not sure about the Lords of Flatbush but I will ad it in for flavor.

Yes! I remember that..a cult classic!

How about "The Car" 1977, starring James Brolin? Sort of like Christine, but you never see the driver!

Really? To me, I think a drive-in can come back but you got to make it special. people love their cars, whether they are car buffs or not. its part of the family in some ways.

how can you NOT take your car to the movies???

Plus "Winning", one of Paul Newman's best.

Actually....best 2 'car' movies ever.....Rendezvous, and that one of Pikes Peak.

Neither were 'staged', though Rendezvous was shot very early on a Sunday morning in Paris....

Aah.... now we're talkin'!

My fav there has got to be "Stone"

When bikers all rode Kwakka 9's (Kawasaki 900)

...and if we go "off road", then who could leave out Crusty Demons of Dirt?

ok, ...not so much a movie, ...more a documentary about a bunch of crazy guys and their offroaders. That Seth is a lunatic! Always bordering on serious injury or worse, his stunts.....

There are only 2 'biker' movies of any real importance/significance....

The Wild Ones...

and

Stone.

Though it's worth it to add that the 'bikies' in Mad Max.....were real ones....who were often pulled over by the 'fuzz' on their way to the shooting.....[in-costume was actually normal-wear]...

hmmm... how could I forget the bikes?
The only thing I can come up with is CHiPs and that's not a movie, its a TV show.
