I want to add a single text title header above an object that acts as a group containing multiple sub-tabs.
To the developers. Is it possible that you can add this in an update?

Very clever! and it saves quite a bit of vertical space vs. having titles.
This could help others who would like something similar. I am assuming these are just empty Groups.
I really like your layout. 
You're right, these are empty tabs that have the same background color as the start menu. I agree, this is better than having a title above the tab group, looks less cluttered and much cleaner. Maybe the developers can create an update to the Start Menu. Allowing users to create a small horizontal tab that serves as a category title.
