Request: Temporary bypass for automatic grouping

Feature Request:
When automatic grouping is enabled, provide a modifier key (Shift, Alt, etc.) that temporarily prevents a newly opened window from joining an existing group. This would allow users to keep automatic grouping enabled while still opening an occasional standalone window without changing settings or manually dragging tabs apart.

Example:
I normally want File Explorer windows grouped, but occasionally I need two folders side-by-side. Currently I have to open the folder grouped, then manually drag it away.


Bonus idea: 
If possible, it would be even better if there was a modifier that could open the window directly on a separate screen/monitor, making workflows involving multiple folders or multiple monitors even easier.
