From what I understand, Multiplicity itself doesn't have volume controls to independently adjust volume coming from an audio "Sender" while you're controlling the "Receiver" PC, or vice versa.
However, an important distinction to note is that "Send audio" and "Receive audio" is a system operating independently of the PC's Primary/Secondary roles.
Therefore, as I understand, you can have your Primary PC set up to control Secondaries and then adjust that Secondary's volume settings independently through control of that Secondary's monitor. Doing so shouldn't alter any volume of audio already coming from the "Receiver" PC's end, effectively allowing an independent way to control each PC's volume.

You can adjust it like any other app in the mixer in Windows on the receiver too. All MP audio will come from the Multiplicity process.
