I accidentally hit "Allow" once and now I can't return to offline play. Any suggestions on how to do this? Thank you.
An ISP I used to have had very limited download limits so I would just start with the internet off
Have not had that problem for years but it worked whenever my internet was limited
Do not know if that trick will work with Steam any longer but do not see why they would change that
