Shards of the Tellenath are some of the most mysterious devices in Galactic Civilizations. They are, in fact, the only artifacts that are not technological. The Tellenath crystal was made at the start of the universe. It was used to create Arnor. And Arnor used the Shards to create their civilization. From what we know, they could serve as an infinite power source, which the Arnor could use to create everything they wanted.
