When loading a game on the newest update (1.41) from the previous patch (1.4), I was awarded every achievement that I hadn't previously unlocked. I currently have 60 hours in the game on steam and below you can see I was awarded both the achievements for 75 and 100 hours respectively.

The save had 9.5 hours on it and the same two mods for the whole save. The mods where "Zephyr AI Tweaks" and "Skip Intro Cinematic". This issue did not occur at any point in the save, until the new update released today.
