Hi,

There are 2 things I'd like to report:

 - the capital ship ability from Advent, that disables an enemy capital, but it breaks if the target gets damaged... Not sure, if intended, but if the target has shields, the disable doesn't break even under focus fire.

 - The shield burst ability for Vasari Alliance from the unique tech disables the passive shield regen for a while from their base shield tech, which is, especially for smaller ships, negates the bonus restored shield.
