The ability to hold down shift and give multiple orders to unit whilst in virtual fullscreen since this last update has been lost, despite doing even a full reinstall of the game.
I have discovered that altering right click tolerance temporarily restores this functionality, but only for a brief period of time and as long as you didn't zoom out of the planetary system. Likewise using the resizable window display option also allows for shift queuing again.
