Hi i had the same problem if you roll back to an earlier version of windows it will work something in the windows 11 update 24H2 that breaks the game launching, so rolling windows back to an earlier version will solve this till they fix the issue.

Just thought I would add that currently on 23H2 and it runs. The update 24H2 has not been offered yet in my case and will be swiftly avoided. Was this 24H2 an insider offer for early update before going pubic cause I don't see it otherwise yet.
I'm on 24H2 and don't have any issues but we posted that fix to Epic users way back, so this must be something new.
Got this error and can't launch the game.
