Modular Architecture

Hello everyone,

I have noticed that the research item of the tech “Modular Architecture” does not work as specified.

It says that it makes all orbital structures 10% cheaper.
However, the structures are only 9.093 cheaper.
For example the trading outpost. This normally costs 100 crystal. With the item it costs 91, but it should cost 90.

Am I missing something or is the description of the item just wrong?

I see this as well (build 1.21.12). The math being done doesn't seem to be super consistent- using the Trade Port, Heavy Factory & Autocannon Defense Platform I see the %-reduction span across [8%, 9.33%] for the cost reductions. It is listed as a 10% drop though (poking around the research entity file).

Edit: checked this on TEC Loyalist homeworld at game start; so no planet bonus shennanigans are occurring.
