MD Wolfe Fleet Size mod - 2500 fleet supply cap instead of 4000

Please help to solve this

I've MD Wolfe Fleet Size mod properly installed for a long time and suddenly I have an 2500 fleet cap instead of 4000 somehow.

How can it happen and where I can change this constant? Pictures strongly related.

Please help, I'll be appreciate you so much.
