Chrome not skinned

How do I apply Windowblinds theme to Chrome browser.

I am running Windows 7 and using theme h2so4 by Chad Ross.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I'm not using Chrome, but you can go through this thread : https://forums.stardock.com/494835 . There are some guide on how to make it work in there.
