What was it for? Maybe they are clearing out similar tickets... Or just a bug in the system

I still see this ticket. Looks like its from slow between turn time. We are working to improve those times, Brad is doing some really cool stuff.

This ticket in specific has to do with long first turn on larger maps with many AI's.  The first turn will load, and then take up to 5 minutes at 100% cpu usage.  This is different from long turn time.

Long turn time doesn't really hit me until turn 100 or so, and get's very long over turn 200.   

This ticket is just about the first turn....
