Bug: No resource trickle from colony (0.0.3760)

After patching to 0.0.3760 I've noticed that I'm not getting any resource income from the deposits under my colony.

yeah, this is a rule change. You now get a one-time resource bonus when you found a colony, dependent on what is underneath the colony.

How does this rule change affect colony types that modify the benefits of deposits that their colony starts on?
