Alpha now?

If i buy the Founders Elite edition do i get alpha right now or is it not out yet? If it is out is it kinda of a stable alpha?

Yeah, that wording could use some improvement. Alpha is currently set for later this month, and it gets you access to that.

Wonder what was the point of writing ''Play Now'' when the alpha is not out yet. Bound to annoy some buyers.

So what is the difference between Founder and Founder Elite?

Well a founder (not available anymore) grants access to the beta and gives the full game when available. It also gives that spiffy founder badge.

The founders elite, grants access to the alpha / beta / full game and all expansions and DLC for the game. It also gives that spiffy founder badge and the ability to name a star.

These are the things that I can remember. I think there is a special thanks in the credits as well. I'm sure stardock will correct me if I'm wrong.
