Some of you may have recently gotten a large Rebellion update via Steam.  *waves hand* This is not the build you're looking for. There is no new version. 

This release was unintentional and wasn't ready for prime time. Apologies, but we will re-release when we're ready.

They reverted back to 0.62!  

0.75 is gone!!  No More Advent, for now.  LOL

Probably, the main problem was:  Nobody could get online.  A few others...

But lots of good stuff  (to look forward too).

Love the Advent.  Was playing a big game with my friend.  Quit for a while then we started again and were lucky enough to get 150mb new update which blew up both of our installs and therefore ruined the game we were in the middle of.  Thanks alot.  No more Advent.

Man.. Making a mistake on the balance of an update is one thing. Nobody's going to mind an early look at the Advert, balanced or not. But taking it away from us is just adding insult to injury. I was in the middle of a game.

I'm not normally this bold, but I have a few things to say to Stardock/IronClad right now...

You totally dropped the ball. I can't come up with some valid excuse to defend you this time. Congratulations. You just cost yourself more money.

I am not going to play the beta again, nor submit my probably-useless bug report, until the 'new' version is re-released.

That wasn't cool to revert the patch back at ALL, me and my friends were having fun and now its time to go back to NOTHING. My friend has a dial up connection and it took him nearly an hour to get the patch the other night and now he has to suffer another hour whenever you re-release this.

Okay, that's a pisser.  I was in the middle of a game as well.  Saved it to give my kid a bath.  Come back new download reverts back to the last version.  Why can't we keep it?  How about  give us a choice?  I play Advent.  You just took them away.    style.

 

The Advent Rebel Titan was the coolest...

While I agree it really sucks ( I was in the middle of a saved game myself) this is a BETA and the point is to test for bugs in whatever version they deem needing testing.

why so upset? it's not a cake we are promised to have so whoever played and took a peek at advent should feel lucky. i wasn't expecting to see advent until late next week.
