Nice idea but i dont think you should give the ships over because it would mess with their fleet capacity maybe instead give all resources, all planets, half
of the expieriance points your cap ships have total (split evenly amog the enemy's capitals),and half of the total expeience all your ships/structures are
worth (also split evenly)
