Entrench 1.041 Trainer

Anybody got one?

I think it is ridiculous to have to pay 20 bucks just for a trainer and I don't know how to make my own.

I'm not necesarily looking for a ton of credits, I know I can edit maps for that.

What I want is fast or instant research is all.

Well, the easiest way to get instant (but not free?) research is to open the Gameplay.constants file in notepad and change the second line.

    researchSpeedData-Fast
    researchRateGameSpeedScalar -0.15

I'm not exactly sure what will give you instant research, but I'd try -0.00 or something. Remember you'll need to set the research speed to fast in the game options menu before starting each game, and you'll probably want to make this a mod if you want to play online or easily revert back to normal.

Also, you can play the game in the developer.exe and there is an option to give all players max research.

I have the Mad Scientist mod and its kinda a pain to wait for all that damn research to finish. I'm a bit of an aggressive player so i'm unpatient.

But thanks for the help! This should definitely work.

Well damn, I tried it.

It didn't seem to have an effect.

I changed the one in the Entrenchment folder in my program files. I figured that would be the one. :/

I just tried one of my mods and Gameplay.constants isnt a file in either so idk what to do. :P

go into the Vanilla Sins folder...  (c:\program files\stardock games\sins of a solar empire\ ...) (it is probably 1.181 if you have the latest version i think) ...  to the gameinfo folder and find the gameplay.constants file, copy it. Now go to your MS mod and in the gameinfo folder paste the copy there. Adjust the line that Goafan77 mentioned, (you can do this usually with Notepad) then save and close the file. Close the mod and fire up Sins and load the mod and see if you have it.  :)

Remember the number of credits per second is related to the population of your planets, so change each planet maximum population, it will increase the number of credits per seconds

Same as with the number of asteriods as well as the number of crystal or metal per second can be changed for each planet type.

Another way is that you can edit the Planet Upgrades, and change the tax. You can make it a high positive number, and it increases the amount of credits you recieve.
