Developer exe help

When i try to load Sins of a Solar Empire Developer Exe (Not the entrenchment one.)

It tells me it can't find fmod.dll, i downloaded it, then it told me it couldnt find binkw32.dll, so i downloaded that and tried it, so it told me another error: "The procedure entry point _BinkShouldSkip@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library binkw32.dll."

 

Help?

 

(( I just put the entire forge tools folder on my desktop, as i had downloaded the entire bundle. ))

If you are using 1.181, you need to use the developer in the Sins of a Solar Empire folder. The one in the forge tools in probably obsolete. ;P
