Obama is not the only one who does that. They all do.
Banned for over-reaching statements. How do you know extraterrestrial politicians do that? Maybe they communicate telepathically and so can't "tell" people what they want to "hear," since they lack vocal abilities.
Banned for assuming extraterrestial communicate telapathically. Or at least there should be a translator.
Banned for assuming there are words in telepathic communication. In fact, words would likely not be used since one could communicate thoughts directly.
